24th Sunday after Pentecost, 2025.
Do you remember in my Saint Paul Series, Part Three, I said this:
ALL THE CHURCH’S MEMBERS ARE INFECTED. My first study of narcissism that helped me connect all the dots of my experiences were introduced to me several years ago through a very sharp, no nonsense, witty and compassionate woman named Dr Ramani Durvasula whose entire area of expertise is the field of narcissism. She said the latest research showed that 1 in every 6 people are narcissists. Apply that catastrophe to the Church and all her members. Just imagine 1 in every 6 of the Church’s members having narcissism. I’ll never forget her words on what narcissism does to the soul: “YOU WERE ROBBED.” Again, apply those words to the Church. She was robbed.
Also imagine 1 in every 6 members being infected with feminism in the Church. In Saint Paul’s Letter to the Corinthians 1, Chapter 12, the Douay Rheims summary of the Chapter says, “the members of the mystical body, like those of the natural body, must mutually cherish one another” (CHARITY). When narcissism enters the scene, the members do not cherish and serve one another MUTUALLY, but inflict harm on the body. This is where it gets chilling when applying Paul’s below words to the Church’s members being infected with narcissism and feminism:
“If one member suffers any thing, all the members suffer with it; or if one member glory, all the members rejoice with it.”
~1 Cor 12:26~

The question is, when did the Church get “infected”? That answer lies with Our Lady of Fatima: “1960”. When Sister Lucia was asked why Our Lady wanted the third secret released in 1960, she said, “because then it will become more clear.” If we zero in on two specific things that changed in the Church in the 1960s (there are many things that happened in the world in the 60s as well, but for the sake of time we won’t dive into that in this post) that are a direct link to feminism and narcissism, and it is this:
1.) Vatican II and the New Mass (narcissism in ceremonial form).
2.) Sexual revolution in the world… and in the Church (sexual perversion/sexual abuse, homosexuality and feminism). This was also the time nuns were encouraged to stop wearing habits and women in general were encouraged to stop veiling and start wearing pants 👖. The removing of the veils for nuns and lay women are apocalyptic signs as it is, since apocalypse literally means “to unveil”.
“I am concerned by the Blessed Virgin’s messages to Lucy of Fatima. Mary’s persistence about the dangers that menace the Church is a divine warning against the suicide of altering the Faith, in Her liturgy, Her theology and Her soul…. I hear all around me innovators who wish to dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the Church, reject her ornaments and make her feel remorse for her historical past [the “feeling” of robbery: she was robbed].
“A day will come when the civilized world will deny its God, when the Church will doubt as Peter doubted. She will be tempted to believe that man has become God [narcissism]. In our churches, Christians will search in vain for the red lamp where God awaits them. Like Mary Magdalene, weeping before the empty tomb, they will ask, ‘Where have they taken Him?’”
Pope Pius XII

My Mom made an excellent point when she said when she hears the term feminism she said it reminds her of “lesbians”. I laughed, but in all seriousness, she is right. It’s all perverted. In fact, why “liberal nuns” (that sounds so terrible to even say, and type) are so unappealing is because when they removed their habits, they in all honesty, look like men. They look like lesbians. They either wear pants or have extremely (butch) short hair with a dorky name tag that says, “Sister”. I mean, really?
If we look back, indeed we see that it became “clear” that the infection of the Church’s members of narcissism and feminism began in the 1960s, and even the most “traditional” members suffer these two “diseases” because as Saint Paul reminded us, none of the body is exempt from either suffering or rejoicing AS A WHOLE. Something Dr. Ramani also said, that I left out in Part Three of the Saint Paul Series about the “robbery” that the soul endures at the hands of narcissists is, “STOP GASLIGHTING YOURSELF.” You know what this reminded me? This specific line from Pope Pius XII’s words above:
“Make her feel remorse for her historical past.”

Something narcissists (thieves and robbers) are famous for doing is stealing from their victim, and then shaming them into believing IT WAS THEIR FAULT. Are you connecting the dots, yet? The Church was robbed of her liturgy which is WORSHIP OF GOD, and replaced with a jewish/protestant worldly ceremony where MAN is worshipped in place of God, and she is GUILTED into believing her thousands of years of rich history was a shameful “mistake” on her part. THIS is what I mean by gaslighting. It has taken me years to conquer gaslighting in people, but the one “demon” so to speak that I am still learning to tackle on a near daily basis is SELF gaslighting.
This is the kind of stuff that has been inflicted on Holy Mother Church, which has indeed led her to “doubt as Peter doubted”. The bride, when robbed, began seeing herself not through the Divine lens of her Bridegroom, but through the lens of her robbers. THIS is why Our Lord wept over Jerusalem (and still does). “THEIR narcissism is NOT YOUR FAULT” Dr. Ramani said. The devil tells the Church, “you’re not wanted, you’re not wanted, you’re not wanted.” But the Bridegroom says, “YOU’RE WANTED, YOU’RE WANTED, YOU’RE WANTED.” The invisible and visible wounds of the Church are very real.

On a more light hearted note, I want to share three hilarious examples of narcissism I have seen in Catholics. Let me be clear, narcissism in itself is not “hilarious”, but some of the oddities these Pharisee like “weirdos” (sorry) do are just… laughable. I share these so the reader can have a better understanding of just HOW the Church’s members have been infected with narcissism (SELF WORSHIP), recognize it and if you see these behaviors in yourself or others, you can take action and self accountability.
Example # 1: The current parish I attend has a young man who on the surface appears normal, holy and humble… until the Mass starts, and each time the congregation is called to strike their breast three times (whether during the Confiteor, Agnus Dei, Domine Non Suum Dignus etc.) one could hear this young man beating his breast so hard that it sounded like he was punching himself. It was… incredibly distracting. One could hear him all the way across the room, so you can imagine how loud it was if you sat near him. I often found myself mentally chuckling, because it was just weird. But I also got to thinking how this person was distracting my attention away from the Mass. Especially during the elevation of the Host and Precious Blood, I would hear him again beating his breast so loud, that instead of worshipping Our Lord, I was trying not to roll my eyes. I tried to force myself to stop being judgie (if that’s a word), but I can’t help but laugh when I had a dear family member of mine attend the Latin Mass, who is not a practicing Catholic, but had the goodness to give the Mass a try a few times, ask me after Mass, “what was up with that guy beating his breast like that?” and “other people weren’t doing that”. He noted how he knew it was done by the congregation as a whole throughout different moments in the Mass, as mentioned above, but this one young man sounded like he was merely giving himself a brutal beating. See my point? It not only stood out to me, but a non-Catholic noticed it and was weirded out. He would often joke later, when he would see that same man at other Masses, of “I saw that one guy again who beats his breast” or “that guy is weird”. It’s comical, but at the same time, sad. Because to outsiders, the obvious answer is, “this person needs to be seen and heard”, draws focus away from Christ and on to themselves, and we must sympathetically wonder if they are okay. More oftentimes than not this type of person does not even realize that others can see straight through the masks of insecurity, entitlement, and truly believe others think very well of their supposed holiness. We have all been there in the spiritual life, but if we never recognize our error or cease to move forward on the path of humility, we will indeed either stay a Pharisee or become one. Everyone struggles with this to greater or lesser degrees due to the infection found in the members of the Church at this point. But the key is admitting it, making the resolution to change and when we see someone else behaving this way perhaps we can joke with ourselves in humility and say, “did I look or sound like that?” We did not look holy, we looked ridiculous.
Example # 2: The same “beating breast guy” as I nicknamed him also did something else that was incredibly distracting when I was sitting next to him in the confession line. He pulled out his rosary (normal, that’s fine), but what was NOT normal and fine was when he started mouthing the prayers next to me audibly and slowly of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, “for the sake of His sorrowful passion”, and again, I made eye contact with the Tabernacle, rolled my eyes at Our Lord, and thought, “it’s the breast beating guy showing off again”. He made it a point to make sure those near him could hear him pray a prayer that really should have been said mentally, out of courtesy AND humility. These moments can feel like truth teller moments; we see something and make the connection and as soon as it clicks, we see straight through the façade. As a Catholic, I have desperately tried to give anyone the benefit of the doubt when these types of things occur- “is this person ill?”. We do not want to make rash judgement against our neighbor, right? But it was more than enough for me to see that this young man desired to be seen and heard, and I was able to reflect on the times I drew attention to myself, cringe and make the resolution to not mimic that behavior again.
Example #3: This experience makes me laugh; even now. There was this older woman who attended my Catholic College parish and everyone, including our priest, knew her habits and we all shared the mutual understanding with some of the odd things she did. During the consecration she would outstretch her hands in the form of a cross so high in the air and then when Mass would end, she would go to each side of the altar and give the statues big hugs. These were moments where instead of seeing it as childlike or even holy, I just couldn’t help but think it was so ridiculous and out of place, or laughter was often my first reaction. We had an adoration chapel there and this same woman would take with her dozens of holy cards and just kiss them. This is not a joke when I say that they were loud “kissie” smoochie type noises and since many college students and other parishioners knew her antics, I still get a laugh when I remember a friend saying, about the lady, “yeah, so-n-so was there, kissing every holy card she owned”. It was… hilarious. But again, even we college students saw behavior like this and did not see it as holiness. If it was not plain odd (and believe me it was weird), it reminds one of the hypocrites who stand in front of the synagogues of Our Lord’s time and beat their breast and take the first seats. A great test that will answer any question of holiness is when Our Lord says we shall know them by their fruits. I witnessed, the above woman, become very angry with me when I did not make it to an event she hosted. It was not the fruit of charity, and so we must always make sure that our behavior is rooted in charity as it is the fulfillment of the law. No outward gestures, no matter how grand (or odd, as in our case with smooching holy cards and giving excessive hugs to statues for all to see) really do justice to our interior intentions. I was once told that the things Our Lord loves most, He keeps hidden for Himself. Saint Louis de Montfort said that Our Lady wanted to be so hidden, that She didn’t even desire to know Herself, so as to have everything centered on God. Even the angels said, “who is She?” de Montfort proclaimed. Such purity and humility! To end my series of examples, a good friend of mine from that college parish would often joke with me how it was exceedingly distracting when people in the adoration chapel would not pray their prayers mentally, but whisper them audibly and he said, “I don’t want to hear your flappy wet lips reciting the prayers”. I never forgot that and to this day when I hear someone do that, I think of that expression and that friend, with an enigmatic grin.

In conclusion, before coming for the bride, Satan first comes for her “ornaments” (Mass, theology, dogmas and holy land) before he then makes one final attempt to DESTROY HER through murder (passion of the Church). Up to this point, he has only “robbed” her. But, what he fails to understand (clearly) is HER death is the wedding: THE LIFTING OF THE VEIL. That is precisely why when Satan told Our Lord, “give me 100 years and I will destroy the Church”, Our Lord accepted the bet, because He knows well what leads to His Marriage.
What many, even priests get wrong, about even Our Lord not knowing the day or hour (Matthew 24) is that BEFORE the Passion, it was true that Christ the King as He said, DID NOT KNOW THE HOUR, ONLY THE FATHER. BUT after His Passion and Resurrection, that changed. Why? Because Saint John in the Apocalypse said that Our Lord through His Passion was found worthy to UNSEAL the scrolls. Make no mistake about this: Our Lord AFTER His Passion was given this knowledge from the Father and rightfully so, but WE the Church do not know the day or hour. Yet, we take heart knowing that the Bridegroom indeed knows, and we can trust Him.
Quick funny note: I once heard a group of Protestants were on the side of the road with a sign that had the exact time of Our Lord’s return. They were told, “we know not the day or the hour” and they replied, “yes, but we have the month and the year.”
But in all seriousness, it is clear that both Saint Paul and Saint John were given specific information regarding these events, but were not to share it with the Church per Father Herman Kramer in his break down on the Apocalypse Book of Destiny:
On Saint John: “through the seven thunders, God gave him a special revelation of great importance, indicating what would immediately precede the coming of anti christ, but it was to remain a secret to the Church.“
On Saint Paul: “St. Paul likewise had secret revelations which he was not allowed to communicate to the Church.”

What can we, the Church, do NOW? The video song I started with is powerful. It so perfectly sums up the abuse of the Church and what she must do. Indeed the triumph is ALL Mary’s and the triumph is all the Holy face of Jesus’ since His Five Senses are seen as a weapon for His bride to also play her part and fight. But the truly remarkable part is that Jesus and Mary expect the bride to play her role: Apocalypse 19 reminds us that the BRIDE HATH MADE HERSELF READY! She ultimately reveals the mystery of iniquity found within her, and she defeats it. Like Saint Louis De Montfort said, but applied to the Church, she fights with one hand and builds with the other. She fights WITH her Bridegroom (just like the video image shows). Meaning, she is a willing participant; she reclaims what belongs to her. Get a load of the lyrics and the final line?
Now that I’ve falsified your claims [no more gaslighting]
I’m coming for all that’s mine to take
All of the grace you took in stride
This is the place I draw the line
Moving
To the music
Inside me
Shame you
Don’t recognise me
How surprising
For too many years I played your game
Running the show, then taking the blame
Only for you to see
The person that I could never be
Moving
To the music
Inside me
Shame you
Don’t recognise me
Despise me
For all of the doubts I couldn’t face
Lost in the lovers masquerade
Given the past to redefine
This is the place I draw the line
I’m taking back what’s mine
Pray your rosary and seven sorrows rosary DAILY. Wear your scapular and miraculous medal, and be enrolled, IN BOTH. Do your First Saturday Devotion. Offer YOURSELF as a victim of holocaust for the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary knowing full well that you could be called to die for this cause. For this will lead to the grace of a valid pope in union with whatever bishops we have left to consecrate Russia to Mary’s Immaculate Heart. We all know what follows: COMPLETE restoration of the Church and the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. Are you “making yourself ready”? Remember, the name Jerusalem means: “He will see to it” and “completeness”. In short, The Church, through her Bridegroom smothered in Mary’s total victory, will SEE complete restoration.
