Hello our dear family and friends! As religious life entails one taking a vow of poverty, it is quite common for priests, monks, friars and nuns to live off the generous donations of others! This custom goes back many hundreds of years embraced by the saints, and perfectly aligns with the Gospel teaching of the ones God calls to leave everything, sell their goods to the poor and follow Him. We in turn, become “poor”. Those who support us are far more blessed than we are as Luke reminds us that it is more blessed to give than to receive. We in turn pray for you, and any intensions you may bring to the future Sister Martyrs. PLEASE know that we have so deep a gratitude to anyone who gives and supports us!
Gratitude is everything, and so please never hesitate to send us your prayer requests, as we take them very seriously. We appreciate you, and any help you believe God is calling you to give to us. Below is our small list of supplies for our Holy Card Etsy Shop, and everything except the laminator (only a new one is needed about once a year) are things we need on a monthly basis. Whenever generous family members and friends ask how they can help, we thought it would be a helpful tool to provide a link for supplies or other necessities to make it more efficient and user friendly.
